  • If you are put on hold, we’ll report back often to keep you informed of your call's status.
  • Our office staff will be kind and considerate, no matter what the circumstances of your call.
  • We will be prompt and proactive in our communications. If you leave a message, we will promptly call you back.
  • We will schedule work within a time frame that is convenient for you.
  • We will strive to show up within the time frame we specify. If not, we will keep your informed of our status and estmated time of arrival.

  • We will provide a warranty on all repairs. Should a related service problem arise on a system on which we have worked, we will return and diagnose the problem at no charge to you.
  • We will keep you informed daily when a part or equipment is on order or we will provide you with a tracking number for its shipping.
  • We will install any part on order within one day of its arrival.
  • We will leave your premises in a clean, neat condition at the end of each workday.
  • We will respect and protect your property.
  • We will not smoke on your premises.
  • We will refrain from using inappropriate language on your premises.
  • If ever you have a problem and you want to speak to a company manager, you will be immediately connected to a manager, and that manager will have the authority to resolve your issue.
  • You will be provided with the email and cell phone number of any of our company managers, who are also the owners of our company.
  • We will make our policies and practices open and understandable. We will post those policies on our web site.
  • We will be honest and forthright in all our business dealings.
  • We will advertise and market truthfully.
  • We will make it easy and comfortable to do business with Ryan.
  • We will do our very best to build a lifelong relationship with you.
